Tommy Doyle is the son of Stacy Corvelli and Jimmy Doyle.

Stacy tried to use Charlie, whom she had slept with in High School, as a role model for Tommy by telling them that Charlie was Tommy's biological father. At the time of the episode, he is presumbaly around 10 years old. Charlie attempted to get a blood test to prove this, but Tommy was such a brat it never happened. He annoyed Dennis and Dee at the bar so Dee and Charlie took him to the mall, where Charlie lied to The Waitress and said Tommy was his partner in the Big Brothers program.
Later, at Paddy's Pub Tommy snuck drinks from other patrons and got drunk. Charlie yelled at him in the alley, with The Waitress accidentally seeing. Tommy then threw up. [1x2]
