The thirteenth season of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia has been officially commissioned by the FXX network and will likely air in the winter of 2018 on FXX. An official start date or episode count have not been released.

On April 1, 2016 it was announced that FXX commissioned season 13 and season 14 of Sunny, tying it for the longest-running live action television comedy in American television history.[1]
